What Is Your Goal To Achieve For Today?

The heat has been so bad that I have to do Thursday's list today. Plus increase the height of my fence in the back, since I have escapees.

My goal for today is to try to focus only on the present moment and stay out of the past and future in my head.

Thank you @DharmaGirl , it is a tough one yet I think if I can just keep on practicing this new habit I think it will be really useful in managing and coping with lifes tough situations.

Yesterday I fixed the little coop, extended the fence, did some mindfulness coloring, watered the gardens even though my watering day is the even day.

Today's goal is to paint the other side of the wood that's going to be the roof of the broody run, cut a hole in the door of an old pie safe and put a wood cutout in, wax the door and attach it to the pie safe, which I use for a filing cabinet. I also want to start work on the run as soon as the paint is dry. Chicks are due Friday, but could be as early as Wed.

To remain chilled out for the rest of the day.....I've succeeded so far....no work, just blissful rest of both body and mind.

To end Sunday by having grounded myself. I have a «flooting day» unable to focus into any task/thougjt, whatsoever..

Make some extra money on my day off through driving apps. Get my cbd medicine and some thc. Try not to have my nerves fly off the handle (so to speak). The latter is the main one, lol.
