My goal today is no solid food as I have a procedure scheduled for tomorrow.

Also, to not over-think everything, to allow myself to be, to follow and trust my intuitions, to love myself with lots of self-care and radical self acceptance.

My goal today is to repair the small coop. Might as well work on the summer coop too. Water the gardens this evening, keep the chickens cool.

To be kinder and gentler towards my cell-ph via thoughts and actions, to make it to the chiro to align all the things I've thrown out of whack in my last two days of trying to get ALL the things done, and to finally remember to go use that gift card I have waiting for me at my favorite cafe' while I'm in their 'hood. Oh yeah, and to finish that list I stared yesterday. lol
