Re new my goals, making them little more appeling to me. If they are not really really interesting and estimulating, i would not move a finger. I know this well.
So time to stop laying to myself.

Try to seriously read. Books are my life and this has made it so difficult. No concentration. Feel exhausted. Don't want to think.

2) 30 min laying in the sun
3) Shower and dress for the day
4) Start making calls to Therapists recommended by my Psychiatrist

My Psychiatrist wants me to start EMDR but I'm not sure what I want.
