I didnt see anything posted about this so thought I would do it.
Simply, what is your daily goal for today, something to get you moving a little. Something realistic and attainable. Say whether you manage to complete it as well.
Mine - clean the house and look at leaky car exhaust.
Get through TA'ing this morning. It just has to be good enough. Can do that.
Then my goal is to come directly home and chill out. I am going to rest, for at least the first hour. That means no working, just doing something fun for me. There is time and space for this. This is what I need. There is time and space for me.
Then my goal is to make it to classes and just get through them.
Then come home, rest a bit and get a block of 3 hrs of work done.
My longer term goal for the week is to manage rest/work.
To be gentle through this day.
Two clean bathrooms, clean sheets & a comforter, workin' on the kitchen, which all I ironically prefer (hate housework) to going to Walmart and getting a flash drive. But hey, I got a reasonable expectation, I'll do that too.
