Seeing my brother and getting on well with him. Felt really good actually.

My puppers made me happy today! I have 2.5 dachshunds (one is a mix) and they are all a nuts and have laws that smell like Fritos. They were extra cuddly today bc of the rain.

Me too :) i just finished a bowl of some yummy soup I.made :)

Also the progress I making.

i posted some stuff up today that helped me siphon off some of the too-full trauma cup stress, and then when my partner started to talk about our next door neighbor and new stuff she has done to encroach and put-shit-on-us and our area (classic narcissist behaviour) I was as calm as a cucumber.

I didn't even feel triggered which is HUGE progress for me because she reminds me of my mum (a primary and main abuser and provider of exposure to traumatizing situations) and often stirs me up with her loud bullying and appropriating of public space and our personal space..

My partner was way more triggered than I and I felt I could just be a support and calming influence for him. Yay! :)

I bought a picture!

When I saw the picture and the frame and the few words on it, I knew that it was meant for me and my home. I knew where I was going to hang in and I knew that I wouldn't be able to stop looking at it.

For some reason, this picture symbolizes where I am at today and it has such a healing affect on me. Just so glad that I was led to it!
