Fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, herbs, clean-ish water, clean-ish air and legumes.
Thank you for helping me feel more alive than I can ever recall, besides a few uncomfortable bumps in the road, especially after me having used my body as a long-standing (well, standing whenever I physically could, that is) graveyard for several decades.
Gardens rather than graveyards in my gut from now on, please.
Some things simply can't be undone, but they can surely be more comfortably sorted and geared for some semblance of wellness, it seems.
