Hooded rain jacket/hat or an umbrella? (not for monsoon style rain, just a steady rain/light showers sort of day while running errands)

What are lawn seats?

I'll choose them for novelty's sake.

Though I prefer no seats at a concert, like to be near the front dancing best. Not ab option when lots of men are moshing but..
