Seriously, though, laundry. I’ve given up dishes for months at a time after misc surgeries & just used disposables (and absolutely reveled in getting real glassware/stoneware/silverware & NICE chopsticks back into my life). Disposable clothes? Prolly wouldn’t work well here in the rain. Although I have used laundry service for years at different times in my life? But as that’s not an option right here, right now, direct from the lamp… Laundry.
