Sauna (I can do saunas and hot tubs swimming -not so much)

Flips! havaianas by preference (Brazil knoooooows its flip flops), Reef up next. For useful things like bottle openers in the sole, and better arch support than most running shoes. But havaianas are like being barefoot in the clouds. I walked over a thousand miles in nothing but a pair of have’s at one point. With zero strain or injury.
