What's Something You Do

Lots of things... reading, sleeping, writing, coloring, listen to music, talk to someone I trust, go to therapy, go for a walk, do something artistic.
 
You could also do yoga (great to get through trauma of all kinds), go running, meditate, lift weights.
 
I'm pretty okay, yes. On a board like this, that's not too bad!

I'm sorry your therapist doesn't do hugs. :( I know it's not the same thing, but here are some from me if you accept them. :hug::hug::hug:
