Nice thread. Thanks!!!
I've been to the upper penninsula of Michigan, it's beautiful. The water is so clear you can see all the way to the bottom. I love it there.
I've been to the Blue Ridge Mountains in Georgia in October. The colors were gorgeous and blue ridge pines stay green all year. Through our cabin window past the trees we could see a lake, in the morning it was full of mist.
I love my back yard. About an acre of grass with pines, apple trees, cherry trees, and full of animals; deer, foxes, coyotes, geese, cranes, hawks, turkey vulters, rabbits, racoons, butterflys, and every kind of little bird, jays, swallows, humming birds, tons of woodpeckers, cardinals, finches, which we feed. The cherry tree doesn't stand a chance against the jays. The deer eat the apples. It's so green and quiet. And when it snows, it's lovely. We moved here from the city and though I love being downown with all the tall buildings, this beats all.
