No idea.
It could range from the (Postive) “Scoot! Off with you!” friendly notice that you’re done / “Go get ‘em tiger! / Good game!” cheerful acknowledgment of your presence & gesture of respect / “Gotcha! Too slow!” Deliberately playful thing… to (Neutral) a completely unconscious gesture, on par with countless other unconscious gestures, like looking up when you enter a room, or clasping your hand/forearm/shoulder (ruffling hair, kisses, hugs, winks, shoulder bumps, etc.) in greeting, or anything else that denotes you’re in XYZ social circle where ABC gestures simply happen as an ongoing call/response… to (Negative) a deliberate extension of abuse, disrespect, intimidation, ownership, etc.
So whether the act itself is positive, neutral, or negative would need context; motives even more so.
