I saw this video today on Facebook. It had me choked up. I don't have kids but I could not imagine having PTSD with a very small child like that sweet little girl. That would rip my heart out.

Major props to that guy. That book will help so many little ones with dealing with a PTSD parent or another family member. I wish this book came out years ago so my nephew could understand why I was so mad and isolated while he was growing up. He's 14 now and understands why. Still hurts like hell though.
