General You Are A Super Hero

Dear wonderful people on this forum

I seriously cant think of much worse than PTSD.

It is a vile and debilitating illness - misunderstood and sadly one that is difficult to talk about openly.

My hubby has had some terrible challenges - they have resulted in PTSD.

I told him yesterday that he is my hero. For dealing with the PTSD symptoms and trying to get on when sometimes he wants to die.

I wanted to say to everyone on this forum - a career or sufferer - YOU are a super hero. A true hero to continue and go on with PTSD in your life.

I wish I had the answers and I hope and pray in time more becomes know that can help.

In the meantime know that you are amazing and sadly I know however not alone.

I agree Sunshine. It takes a lot of effort to face the world each day when you are suffering so much and like a lot of other 'heroes' out there, you do it unnoticed and unappreciated, mostly by choice.
