Your Pet Did What!?!

This morning I went for the usual walk with my pup (approx 10 months old), on the way back she decided to jump in the biggest paddle of mud and dirty water you can imagine.
Me, in my work clothes was still laughing.....getting back to the apartment I thought I could wipe everything off, when I realized that the mud was even dripping off her belly.

So - next step, bring her into the shower.
When she realized what was going to happen - she ran off, and my place is quite big, so I was chasing the puppy, full of mud through all rooms, and she really enjoyed it!
She was a happy dog, while I was furious.....just imagine how the apartment looked like when I had to leave for work.
BUT I won, and she got her shower ;) - I wished too I had had a video camera.

My boy (16 months and 76 pounds) loves to grab something he knows he isn't supposed to have, looks right at me, turns and runs off. The more excited I am about him having it, the more he loves it.

He also will go to sleep with his bone in his mouth. He looks like a baby with a pacifier.

My cat, Sparkles, likes to drink from the water faucet. Yesterday, I had to share it with him while trying to brush my teeth. He was a little annoyed that I moved him away so I could rinse.

Last night I let him crawl into his spot next to me, under the covers. Haven't done that in awhile. He purred his brains out. My husband said he must be really happy. I love that he cares for me, even if some people don't believe animals have feelings.

I was just smiling watching my son and his cat. His cat follows him everywhere. If he comes home from school and goes right back outside, the cat howls. Raiden(the cat), likes to ride on his shoulders, my husbands too. But, you can really tell Raiden is my sons baby. :)

A couple of year ago. We went to Sefton Park in Liverpool. It was very wet and there were a lot of puddles everywhere. Max was chasing seagulls through all of the puddles. Then he spotted more, he raced off into what he thought was another puddle, doh, time for us all to roll around laughing as he chased the birds on the lake.

Bless, he was so surprised and shocked. He jumped out and had the look of 'hey, no-one noticed that':hilarious:

Cracking up. Little dog, Buddy, hid a treat under the piano and behind my husband's bass and the paper recycle bag just so the bigger dog couldn't get it. However, when Tess got up to walk into the kitchen, having to pass the piano, Buddy jumped up and walked between her and said piano growling a warning. Now she is laying down watching that area and the opening of the kitchen. Why she just doesn't eat it is beyond me. lol

Why she just doesn't eat it is beyond me
Because she likes to tease him. Saffi will sometimes do something similar.

Tonight they each had a chew, Saffi ate most of hers and left the rawhide stick. Max ate all of his. I then noticed him sitting in front of me looking a little sheepish. He had the remainder of Saffis chew in his mouth. He won't eat it but will bring it to us to see if he can have it. So cute, we usually say yes.

When we give out dog bisquits she finds a place to bury them. We have them all over the house in the strangest places. Needless to say, no more bisquits. We give her chewy dog treats now.

Today Buddy and Tess both got the same rawhide type treats. Tess ate hers in the kitchen. Buddy took hers around the house to find a space to hide it. Every once in awhile she would check on Tess. Once Tess finished hers, Buddy went and found her hidden treat. She then preceded to eat it right in front of Tess.

I think it was to say, "Ha ha, I still have my treat and you don't! nah na na". :hilarious:

I always have a pile of chew sticks out in the dog's toy box so they can get one whenever they want. The funny thing is that they always want the same one! They will take turns on the same stick, waiting patently for their turn! I just watch and chuckle to myself. ;)
