My name is Janiece (pronounced juh-neese). I'm 32, separated, have a 6 year old with autism & a super active 3 year old goof ball. I was diagnosed with complex PTSD in March & have been doing EMDR therapy for 3 months. Bit of an overwhelmed mess, but hopeful that one day I'll be able to make a life for myself.

Hi Janice,
Im new, just signed up now. I am 31, divorced, diagnoses with complex PTSD last year. I have a 3 year old and struggling a lot. Night terrors and daily struggle with work and lack of sleep. Im drug free for now. Not sure where to go from here
