I need help coping with my PTSD symptoms. My doctor dropped me for mixing up my appointment day. There are no other specialists in my community.

Why would a doctor drop you for mixing up appointments...? Something doesn't sound right.

VUCA-If you are constantly cancelling last minute, not showing up to appts, showing up late etc., a doctor will drop you. (most have a three strike policy)

That's redulclous! My therapist just charges you $25 for a same day cancel but to drop you? I dont know country you're in but if its the US, Id find another therapist that wont do that!

Sorry that happened! It takes a while to build trust with a therapist and to have them just drop you is horrible!

That would certinaly spark my abandonment issues badly! :hug:
