Hello and welcome. That's what a lot of my PTSD is from too. Same things. And stuff later in life too. But my childhood is what's been bothering me the most lately. You're brave.

I can't identify with your particular traumas, but I do have my own. I joined here because I needed a support group and thought it might be interesting. Big understatement! I finally found people who speak my lingo and really "get it". Their insight has helped a lot when I've had questions or just need to know someone is out there.

I hope you'll explore the forum as I did. Find a sense of security.
