I used to have a hard time only until recently. Now I love her and want to protect her. I want her to let go of the abuse and let me deal with it.

My T suggested writing a conversation between adult me and little me. I like to write in a "stream of consciousness" fashion which enabled me to be 100% true to the conversation in my head.

I'm def going to read your poem tomorro... it's 6 am and Im finally getting sleepy

Thats what the poem is. I need to write more as, in total, i think ive written 2 or 3. Its hard as i need to write letters to my mom and all sorts of stuff.

Letters to my mom took presidence. So im over due to writing to my "inner child".

Thanks @NatBird! My dad is also talking every day of a new place he wants to move which, though i do want him to move eventually, now isnt a good time and he cant get why but anyway. Thanks! :hug:
