The Holidays In Shimmerzville

About a year & a half ago, our beloved @shimmerz posted a thread wondering what it would be like if we all lived in the same town. This time of year presents challenges for lots of people, for lots of reason. I've been wondering what it would be like in Shimmerzville. Use this as a change to produce your version of the perfect version of the season.

Personally? I'd like at least 12 hours of daylight. Where I am right now, sunrise is at nearly 8 AM and sunset about 4:30 PM. I'm already tired of the dark!

You won't believe it maybe but I am the happiest when is dark, and when my nights are longer, so the winter is my season :rolleyes::D.
I barely managed through the summer.
I am sorry though that so many of you suffer from the lack of day light.

It would be,awesome to not have to explain to somebody why you reacted a certain way that they would just get it and I wouldn't feel like a. I'd have to try to hide it even though they suck at it and b. I wouldn't feel stupid about it.

I've always kind of liked colored lights. Maybe lots of lights?

@expectingbetter , do you know why you prefer the dark? (I'm looking for ways to reframe this!)

Love the idea of lights on the houses that are so brilliant we can see just as if it is daylight out!
