Sufferer Never Enough

Hi everyone I called the post never enough because that sums up most thing sadly.
I'm not new to this site and trying to find positive way forward from here.
Accept where things stand has been hard and looking to just talk and find some extra skills.
A bit about myself photography is main passion family and friends.
Still I feel sometimes isolated I'm a strong person would like just to link in with others welcome advice.
