Thought I'd start a thread on depression. Sometimes when you're in the hole, it's hard to realize you are depressed and even harder to take the steps to get out of it. So I thought I'd start a thread that identifies the signs. I'll start.


You know when you are depressed when................ You call your daily trip to the mailbox the "How f*cked are we today" trip.

You know your depressed when your neighbor hits on you and you yawn. A lot.

You know you're depressed when your apparel of the day is based on least offensive in smell to yourself.......................Never mind anyone else.

I don't know about others, but it comes in waves.
