PT, UM Good! Oh yeah! But really, take a walk and get some fresh air. It's harder to be down after you've worked out. Really, sometimes it's small things that can be the most help.
 
Hi Xander,

I was completely against meds until I realised I couldn't cope without them.... probably wouldn't be here if it wasn't for them. My psychiatrist (who doesn't like meds) told me it was needed and prescribed Valdoxan (Agomelatine) which has melatonin in it to help with sleep. It's helped my anxiety a lot & hasn't spaced me out. It could be worth looking at?

Oh how I wish on some days I could utilize this for some of the sorry a$$ JO's around here. What a great plan and my dogs would approve. Do you think I could get away with the "Dog Defense"?

I never though about melatonin supplement or replacement therapy. Hmmmm, thanks Kyles!
 
I start training for a 10k, and a half marathon run in Oz next year. I use to run at least 10k every day...:) ...24 years ago or so.

Sounds too much like work. The again I was "that" guy, showing up for a PT test hung over a puffing a grit during the run.

Right on Sludge, I can remember vaguely running pt in Korea after a night of drinking that jet fuel soju.

Best of luck with the both the Marathon and 10K, great goals. I think that exercise truly helps our condition. Keep us posted about your training, I'd really like to know how it goes for you.

Thanks Jar, I'm combining my training, and training for my ESA, she's going to run with me. I'm going old school with it. Running in my jungle boots. They're so well broke in they're like running shoes anyway.
