I sure hope so I care very much for her I’ll never forget when good cousin confided in me she was abused too by a certain relative I just wanted to hug her and keep her safe.
Grandma was a survivor of domestic violence and she shared some of her story once we got to know each other really well her strength really inspired me. We were such good friends I miss her a lot. My only good Christmas growing up was with her.

Your grandma sounds wonderful :) I am artistic too and although grandma wasn’t she always encouraged me and used to act like my art was just the most amazing thing she’d ever seen haha she knew I didn’t get it at home so she really helped. She encouraged my music I’d play my ukulele and she’d sing and sing while she made us a chocolate merangue pie :inlove:

No, the family won’t allow it :( have tried multiple times. Last June I guess it was went to see aunt and ask about good cousin. She wouldn’t talk and my uncle attempted to assault me I haven’t been back :/

I know how you feel about wanting to keep your cousin safe. That is how I feel about my grandkids, I have no idea of what kind of living hell they are now stuck in. I am so glad we did this today.:hug::hug:
