Hes gone once last week. He’s always had asshole tendencies, but never to me or his closest family/friends like he is now. I froze up when I saw him because I never know how he will react to me. First I wasn’t welcoming and then it went back to all of my faults. That doesn’t even make sense to me.

I know it’s nothing to do with me; I feel like those they really love will suffer the most because of the amount of stress it takes to be who they have been for you. It’s anlot of work. I’ve known him my entire life. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. He’s so good at pretending with other people. I really feel your pain.

Thank you. I just try to remain calm and not let this behavior interrupt our friendship. Right before he went into isolation, he asked me to have patience with tears in his eyes. I’ll never forget that. Therefore, I have to at least try to support him even through the tough times.
