What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I start a gratitude journal if I'm not already doing it.
I look for a positive thing every day and record it.
I allow myself to feed bad about things out of my control, then (try to) let them go. I've been really sick with my diabetes since my doc is not on top of things so I feel like I can't get out of bed.
I make myself get some outside exercise every day other than my chicken chores
I watch my blood sugars carefully.

The best thing that helped me was the Happiness Challenges we used to have here based on Shawn Achors book The Happiness Advantage. There are YouTube videos on it too. It's directed at workplaces, but damn, it works outside of workplaces too!\

Maybe if anyone cares we could work out a Happiness Challenge thread.

I feel like I can't get out of bed.
That only happens to me every morning....

Tired tired tired....until about 11 pm when I will doubtless be wide awake.

Winter is the worst season for Addison's disease. Because it's affected by hydration it gets messed when it gets cold and dry as that messes with electrolytes. It's hard to keep things balanced sometimes and that can range from weak and tired to seeing stars when I stand up and exhausted.

Forgetful. "Yes honey I have put the tree together 30 times, it was always easier when I could read the instructions and remember at least the next step in putting it together."

I am stoked about the new apartment that I will be moving into next 3 or 4 days from now. I have been in an unhappy roommate situation for the past 3 years and have never lived completely on my own...I feel as if I am overdue for this!!! 🤩

Today I'm having a hard time identifying how I feel. I don't feel bad. I'm on the edge of dissociation but since I lived half my life dissociated that is not such a bad thing. I'm worried about my mom, who is visiting friends and took a big tumble and landed on her face and hip.

Sorry to hear of your moms' accident @DharmaGirl I hope she heals well and fast. My mother while living in a nursing care home fell and broke her nose and when she passed on she still had black eyes from it. scary.

I am a little stressed. Money is tight this month and there are two deposits that have to be paid that could range from 150 dollars to 425 dollars and so I am a little stressed as I can't work out my budget for the month until I know what these two amounts are going to be. I need to be able to pay rent, the two deposits, rent a van, pay two movers, and I have something like 645 dollars and I have to eat this month also. Only by the grace of God is this gonna work out well. I am praying, ...anxious, and praying.
