I’m on a vampire kick. All things vampires. Which makes the whole thing absolutely hilarious. Good / Bad / Inspiring / Horrifying / Hilfawkinglarious.

I think I was on a zombie kick right around this time last year.

Feb = My own personal Halloween? IDK.

Maybe next year will be witches.I haven’t binged out on Harry Potter for awhile, so that would be cool.

I love vampires. One of my favourite books as a kid was about a vampire

The thing that cracks me up the most about vampire legends… is that -canonically- they’re vitavores. What they eat has to still be alive, they can’t kill and eat later. So Unlike humans -and every virtually every other species on the planet- who HAVE to kill to eat? Or even kill and let it rot to eat? (Gators, plants, countless insects, etc.) Vampires don’t. Their prey gets to skip back to living their merry lives. The ultimate in free-range.

But as an omnivore? Some of the things I eat are dead (meat creatures, mostly), some things I eat alive (plants, oysters), whilst baby/embryonic/fetal trees/plants (nuts, especially, but also some seeds/grains) are kind of a grey area. But? Nothing I eat gets to go on living after I eat it.

So the whole monster-thing doesn’t jibe very well. Unless I just channel my unholy hatred of mosquitos.

"In Treatment" It's on sky Atlantic usually in the early hours of the morning.

I find it fascinating, it's about a therapist treating different patients. Really good.
