Sandalwood is my favourite incense. I burn it every night before bedtime. I find it relaxing. Something about it.... as soon as I smell it I am out like a light!

OOO Sandalwood is one of my favorites too.
My only complaint with the incense is that you don't know what is in it.
I used to do this at my old house, but we have no garbage disposal here.
Maybe it is my improved coping skills, maybe it is the PRN doses of effexor, maybe it is the oil but I am a lot more bubbly and sociable in a quicker time frame than normal.
