Well so far Tj, if you are looking for a roommate kind of situation, I haven't found anything, or that sort of thing isn't advertised in the paper, I'm not sure. Other than that, I see some one bedroom studios near the base for around 500$, unspecified on pets or smoking. Unfortunately I don't really know much about where I live, or where you could move guaranteeing that your neighbor or roommate wasn't insane. There is also a small complex, just a few duplex types on my block I could look out for you, pets and smoking allowed, but it isn't the best neighborhood in the world, still one could do a lot worse.
