As I mentioned in other post one of my favourites was my Dennis the Menace doll.
My Chatty Cathy doll.
My Chatty Baby doll.
My Barbie dolls.

Those were my most favourites. My age is showing here. ;)

I thought I would start a new thread on this since we were getting off topic on the other board.

Yes I loved the old matchbox cars too.

My barbie wasn't the first one out but mine was the second edition from 1960 I think. The first one was from 1959 I believe.

It will be interesting to hear the other toys that others had or have. :)

Still got tiny tears, she was handed onto my daughter and aquired a brother,,tommy tears,,they are now both upstairs awaiting the next generation..

My chatty baby is missing the string. And chatty cathy sounds weird when you pull her string.

Used to have a mamma doll I adored til my brother drowned her in the paddling pool and then she just gurgled...

My sister gave me one of her old dolls lately. I only had one almost the same. The only difference was one was blonde and one was a brunette. They both measure 21 inches tall. I have one older one too that is very large at 30 inches tall. She is also a blonde. I believe she has elastic inside of her.

Now I am really showing my age.

Ayesha, I've got a boatload of different Poohs. All in a display cabinet. Crystal ones, Steiff ones. Eeyore, Piglet and company too. Mostly from my Hubs. But nothing quite has the sentimental attachment of the one I had as a kid.
