Briefly, let me just "resay" that I am so grateful that you are able to see in black and white for yourself that you are a genuinely a strong, warm, more than capable woman that not only gets the job done but does in a way that lifts others up to their best! That is a gift, that is YOUR gift. I stride to be there be that type of woman because Lord knows there weren't too many around to show me how to get to that level. Your family MISSED that entirely. We are blessed to be apart of it. :)

Try and limit salt and fat. Those are the worst things for kidneys.

I hope you are able to absorb all the love that is here for you. It is obvious in what you say, as well as what other people say about you. If you can 'inhale' a little love each hour, it will fill your heart to overflowing. Time away will heal you in that way the Universe does and you'll be in tip top shape as you move into the future with your Love.

Hi Sandra - thanks for your tips. We eat little fat and are cutting back on salt but for overall health and not just kidneys.
