It has rained on and off again today, for the umpteenth day in a row.

It's not that long ago that they were talking about a drought this year.

They still are :eek:. If the water companies captured the rainfall correctly, we wouldn't have a drought.

The river Severn is the longest river in England, at the moment it is very full, but there is not one dam to collect the water. It all empties into the Bristol channel :rolleyes:.

It's raining non stop, and windy. Seeing that it's Sunday, that should be the perfect excuse to snuggle up on the sofa with a book or a movie.

But no, I'm going to work, and I'm going to get very wet !

I hope you can dry out quickly, and snuggle up when you get home.

In bed or watching a movie is about the best thing to do today. I'm looking forward to a yummy red wine venison casserole later and watching 'Vera' on TV.

I think the weather in the Midwest had PTSD this weekend. Left Indiana and it was rainy and 50. Hit KY (2 1/2 hours south) and it was sunny and the mid 80's. The weather is as crazy as I am! :eek:

We have had clear blue skies for the last hour or more. The day is forecast to be clear and warm all day, with highs of 24 deg C.

Garden here I come. :tup:

Cloudy here today and for tommorrow though we've had some beautiful sunshine days just prior. One of which was rather hot making mowing and considering digging and planting not a good idea.

I'm looking forward to and just love .....the breezy-green, bright skies and sunshine, yet still somehow cool and comfortable days. :tup:

Like Amethist, I have been sat in the garden with my book. I will be going out there again soon.

On Sunday, the temp struggled to reach 10 deg C, today we have reached 25 deg C. I mean WTF :confused:.

It's warm again!!! :D Even Buxton up in the Roaches felt warm!!! Had a walk in the park and an ice cream

It is in the 90s in sunny So. Cal.

High 70's today, and 80's tomorrow; but Friday and the weekend it is going to be in the 90's. Typical Indiana summer.
