Your Pet Did What!?!

Sheila, I had a Great Dane, Zoe, who thought she was a lap dog. She never understood why she couldn't be. :laugh:

My mastiff, Bella, was sleeping next to me in bed and she put her paw on the back of my shoulder while I was asleep. I screamed, and jumped out of bed screaming into the living room until I realized it was just Bella, lol.

Poor Bella was probably wondering what the heck were you doing. Did she run with you?

My dogs know, when mommy goes out, she usually brings something good back with her for them. Especially if I carry in packages. They must have been bummed that I haven't been out shopping(grocery) for months. They know my husband doesn't.

Today I get home with bags, and, of course treats(rawhide), for them. I put them out. When they come in, Buddy runs to the counter with the bags on it(not even where their treat jar is), goes on her hind legs so that she can see what I've got up there. Smart doggy since I wasn't even standing there. When she got her treat, she went in the living room and did her happy dance with it before she finally ate it. The other dog just snatches hers and gobbles it down. I'm not sure she even tastes it! :eek::laugh:

Bella just took over my pillow when I left. She's used to the screaming.

I have too many pets, my children love them though, we have 3 cats, 2 are Ragdolls, I used to breed them, I kept my 2 favorites but kinda miss them all. I would like my 70 kittens back, I also have a heinz 57 cats, she has issues, mainly with the pedigree the size of a small lion chasing her........ I also have have 'the dog' she forces me into clothes daily to walk her. I do like her though she makes me giggle, she runs very fast and she/we chase sea-gulls. she also hides from me a lot. She's nutty! Bit like her owner.....

We have two rescue dogs. When I am really upset my big dog won't let anybody come near me and my little dog licks away my tears (with her vile doggie breath). Both let me hug them like teddy bears. Often they are more in tune with how I feel then I am.

My newfie, Molly, has a lead rope instead of a leash. (They cost a lot less.) So the end of the rope has been looped and knotted to make a handle. But at the end of her walk, Molly likes to grab the knot in her mouth so she can play tug of war. If you don't know what she is doing, to have a 100lb dog, jump up and try to grab a handle out of your hand, with her teeth is a little intimidating.

Bella just took over my pillow when I left.

They go for the warm spots always, so wherever you just were laying is the spot they will usually hop into once you have just left it. I find that to be true with my dogs anyway and have read it about others.

My dogs have definitely saved my life. I don't know what I would do without their unconditional support. My little dog always takes over my memory foam pillow if I leave it unattended, usually I let her stay on it.

This was morning it was cold, not as cold as yesterday, but try telling my cat that.

She got on her chair and hugged the radiator as soon as I put the heating on. Anyone would think she was cold, but she has a thick fur coat and the best places in the house to sleep.
