I Deserve...

I deserve to learn to let the good stuff in from my self even. That would be a great advance. I think I am actually doing that at the moment.

I deserve some of the good stuff.

I deserve a body unaffected by seasonal pollen and allergens. Am I gonna get one? No, damn it. Grinning and bearing it today.

I deserve a clean and decluttered house.

I deserve an emotional security so that I can sit and be with myself.

I deserve not to feel so awful and energyless.

I deserve not to feel so lonely and isolated. I deserve not to be so friendless and disconnected.

I deserve to have days like yesterday where I have the energy, tenacity, and the will to push through my anxiety. Physical health and depression often win out. But those days are nice and I deserve more of them. I'm worthy enough.

I deserve the flat-screen tv I bought for myself on Friday after going to this one store for over 3 years when I decided it was time to replace the tv that I have had for over 30 years!

I deserve the change that is taking place within me, in being able to realize that I would need to spend some money in order to have a new one and I would still be okay.

I deserve the enjoyment that I will receive in being able to have a larger screen to look at compared to the one I have had.

I deserve how this new tv is making me feel, more in the present, so to speak!

I deserve to keep practicing so that I can acquire new skills. I am doing it so it is pleasing. Unevenly at this time but I am improving.
