I think people with PTSD might have a knack for analyzing things. Sometimes, over-analyzing things. I've been told so many times that I excel at analyzing my own brain, I could be a shrink.

I love to research things I don't understand. Google is my best friend. Well, not really, but when it comes to research, it is.
But I don't overdo it either. I've had my dose of trying to comprehend stuff back when I was studying :D

Interesting!....I've done this since I was a kid. I used to spend time in the library after school, looking into stuff that I'd been taught, more deeply. My brain is full of useless information....used to entertain flatmates with some of the stuff I've accumulated over the years....yet I couldn't remember a conversation we'd had the day before.

Nope.

I stopped when I realized that much of what I was researching wasn't giving me any real answers. It was just a method to increase my madness. Now I work on simply trying to accept things as they are rather than figure everything out. I have a very obsessive mind so this ends up working out for me.
