There are 2 kinds of people, those that wait fo recovery to happen and those that make recovery happen....be the second type !

There are many more types of people.

There are people who don't believe recovery is possible for them.
There are people who know they need to recover, but don't know how.
There are people who normalize their experiences and don't even know they need to recover.
And many, many more types.

Reducing all people with PTSD/C-PTSD into a simple rah-rah binary does all of us a disservice and is actually offensive.
