I am glad you were able to go to the beach and play with your dog :). You have made GREAT strides today, reward yourself and be kind to yourself! Sure, we encouraged you, but YOU did the hard work of stepping out of your comfort zone! I hope you have a peaceful night and are able to recognize how well you did today :).
