I bet they are so sweet . For a short term fix just try to not look forward or back just think what can I do for the next 30 mins - or 10 mins or few mins just to get through - think very small picture for a small amount of time here and now - when you get to the end of that time period do it again until you settle a little - I find this really helps when I start to get overwhelmed. Right now you don't need to think about the future - keep it small and contained .
