Very interesting. I like how you gave everyone a voice and were very honest with them. Gives me a lot to think about. Thank you.
 
I love this idea! I wrote (on a paper diary- not online) a letter to my PTSD. The way you describe being able to talk to it is amazing. Definitely something I'll try to help!
