Had a session today.
Went somewhat better than previous.

Though, this time in the session there were two psychiatrists, him and some lady :p So I sorta mostly talked to her

It would make sense you would be more comfortable talking with a woman

I'm not sure it's specifically that. Like, that it's gender based. More of an attitude thing

I get it. Utilize her. Will she be there next session? Do you even know why she was there last time?
Could you ask to start seeing her?
I know Sael, a lot of questions but am excited to read that you felt comfortable with her.

Did not really feel comfortable with her, she just asked simpler questions that I could actually answer.

And I got a session with the psychologist of the team scheduled. Just sorta scheduled it myself.

Taking some action to get your needs met. The T you have now isn't working any longer.
I had multiple T's over the years..they all served different purposes.

I don't know... One problem is that a fair bit of psychologists and psychiatrists don't want the respon...

I have another session with him on the 24th.

Around the 13th I have a session with the psychologist I signed up to. (Wrote some about it in the trauma diary)

Last therapy session (two weeks ago) was pretty much him getting angry and yelling and telling me to find another psychiatrist since i'm not making progress and so on.

Threw me into serious chaos

Probably has been time for that awhile now.... get someone who can help you and you start to feel better.... good to hear from you even if it wasn't good news....
