I'm on Facebook. It's my only form of socialization. I think I'd be lost without it, since I never see people in real life. I have my privacy settings on high HIgh HIGH!!! So I feel safe. I also play a few games on FB.I read that some games are good for PTSD sufferers. I like the ones that make me think, like hidden object games or match the colored marbles etc.
I mostly lurk on Facebook, keep up with what everyone else is doing. I am friends with a lot of family members around the globe. When I post it's usually a quote or a song or a funny picture, etc. I rarely if ever post anything personal. I never post the places thingamjigger telling where I am at the moment, and in fact that creeps me out on behalf of the other people who do do that. Make sense? I'm like dude! Don't tell where you are right now! People will know you are not at home! So I get creeped out on their behalf
And I should note, that I have a page on FB that is not MY page or a page about me, but an effort to support others who have an illness and I spend 99% of my time on THAT page trying to support others.
