Burning With Anxiety

I had a bad anxiety attack a few months ago. It's a matter of endurance and waiting it out. It will pass. Keep reminding yourself that it's over now and your daughter is safe. Do Some gentle self care if you are able. Even just making a hot drink or anything else you find smoothing. If the pain gets too much could you ask your doctor to prescribe a sedative? Hope you feel Better soon.
