So I've figured that caffeine makes me a LOT more clear and focused, and am wondering where to get it.
I absolutely hate coffee, I cannot stand the taste of it. Even the smell alone makes me sick, to the point where I am wondering if coffee actually is a trigger.
Energy drinks are both expensive and extremely unhealthy, and tea doesn't have much caffeine.
I just learned that caffeine comes as pills, but from what I've read till now (not much) really frequent use of these could be a great risk and a no-no. Maybe I'm wrong. Could caffeine pills be an option, or should I keep on drinking enormous amounts of tea and energy drinks? I actually drink so much that I forget to eat because I drink myself full...
