About the daytime- I thought I was the only one to feel that way about the day. Yes! I love the night! There is less noise and people, it feel like the only time I really get a break from anything that bothers me or cope with my thoughts so nobody will know what I am going through.

Hi lost,

You've hit the nail on the head. It is quiet. Gentle. Dark. For me the night time is very soothing. Almost like floating in the night sky, checking out the stars. Cruisy. Not pressured.

Yeah, I'm glad I don't use it any more, though I keep the knife hanging in it's holster by the door.... My ridgies Qi and Chaos (that's their names!!) manage to keep me on the straight and narrow for now.
And I better get working, I've got 2 more hours work here.....

Yes. (The short answer)

Aloha Albatross,
I love your name. It reminds me of Sanibel. The awesome Albatross there. Anyway, I am new here to this great site. I have PTSD, PMS, and depression. I am 48, and have been on Zoloft for over 23 years. It seems to keep me stable at times, but my mood during PMS is still not too good. Any advice? Thanks!!
