Chat, check-in, and hang out

Hi everyone, hope your day is going well.

I woke with this horrible pain in my abdomen this morning. Three cups of coffee and two bottles of water have helped, but not completely. I've forgotten to drink enough fluids for days. I get so distracted or engrossed in things, I even eat less when I do that.

Maybe I should put a red ribbon on my finger as a reminder.
