I've got a tooth and gum infection. Phoning dentist tommorow morning. Yes mum brought round a roast dinner. Feeling down right now. The race is on in a few minutes. That will take my mind off things.

those infections can be very painful. sometimes doing a warm salt water rinse may help. I'm having alot of racing thoughts. Tryiing to focus on one thing at a time. and its snowing here so that is always a downer.

Good morning everyone! Phoned the docters. They said they'll get a docter to phone me back today.going to the dentist at 12. They'll probably give me anti biotics. Trying to get myself sorted out.

I hope the dentist visit is painless @Survivor3 and as for getting yourself sorted out, be gentle and kind to yourself....you deserve that much.

Im on a low ride.. f****** Gym is closed for a month, I’ve resisted the shops so that I won’t eat sh**. It’s music, laying on the couch and watching Telly... go for a walk! Nah
