I hate cooking, so I go for cottage cheese and olives, cherry tomatoes (I just toss them into my mouth after washing them) and salads. I like hummus and bread or crackers. I love juices like Ocean Spray red grapefruit and carrot juice. When I do feel like cooking, I make up a batch of red bell pepper slices cooked in olive oil. Then I have those with my cottage cheese sometimes too.
