@joeylittle, 4L equals 10 of the 16oz bottles? That's a lot. I don't know if I can do that. I can try but not sure if I can.
I brought the store bought water bottle with me to work today, which held 2 of the 16oz water bottles and I drank 2 of those so that is 4 of the 16 oz bottles. Will likely be able to get 2, maybe 3 more down before bed but not sure if I can get much more then that without chugging them. I normally do not chug unless I am that dehydrated.
Opioid consitipation doesn't seem to be helped by much but I will say that I haven't been hungry at all today. Not one bit. I don't think I drank that much more water if any more. I mean, I wasn't hungry from start to finish of work. I did eat but wasn't hungry.
Its so weird, this food stuff. I can't tell if its stress induced or what as it just comes and goes as quickly as it came. It could have had to do with having too much time on my hands too. I am not just used to working but working a lot, and now also dog training in any spare moment I have. Take a huge chunk of that away and?
But, I don't know. I have SOOOOO many freaking physical issues caused by mental reasons that it is so hard to know what is what. But, water intake is a bit up. So, either way, I see that as a good thing. I will try for as many as I can, without chugging it and keep trying to increase it. Increased water intake is only a good thing. I do know that.
