I've had a lot of direct customer service experience. When things would get hectic the song from Mr. Rogers would start up in my head "it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, a beautiful day in the neighborhood...". Actually, whenever things got stressful some little piece of an appropriate song would pop in my head.:whistling:

Now for the (possibly) sick part of me. When I use to work for a cosmetic company during their free gifts with purchase offers, I started buying gummy bears and twisting their little heads off before eating them. Much better taking my frustration out on them then the customers. :wideeyed:
 
The other day I learned a good use for old phone books. When I need to burn anxiety I am now going to scribble on pages or rip the pages out and up until I feel calmed. Cause it worked for me!
 
I have a friend who has a nut jar. It is a big ceramic squirrel. She puts the name of the people she is done with in her life on walnut's the deposits them into the jar. It makes her fell better!
 
Britt It felt great. Usually I wouldn't do something destructive. What was interesting is that I learned about the energy that gets trapped in my body and now I know I can release it! Life altering.
 
Well then Therapybankrupt, I will have to give it a go. Might be a great thing to do before I go to my families for Thanksgiving. Get out some of my anxious energy. Thank you for letting me know! :)
