Sunny with blue sky and lots of cold wind.

The clinging drizzly mist of the daytime caught on fire at sunset, burning off for maybe 6 whole minutes, before the thick white fog whooshed in to replace it.

OMFG!!! The soccer pitch!!!

It looks like an Adidas version of heaven! Solid, stark, glowing white underneath the floodlights; a fluorescent green & glowing white island, in a nighttime sea of city lights in darkness, making stars. Glimpses, flashes, of impossibly bright colors trailing wakes of clouds as players and balls appear and disappear in and out of nowhere. Can't see for a meter in any direction, balls rolled down and close to bodies, as even the tips of fingers or boots are lost in the vapor.

The game was cancelled. The players stayed. As did we. Mesmerizing.

Crazy weather.
